There are total 430 vacancies of Head Constable (Radio Operator) in which 82 posts for OBC, 233 for SC candidates and 115 for ST candidates.
Pay scale: Rs. 5200 to 20,200/- with Grade pay Rs. 2400/-

Selection process: There are Two phases of selection first is written test and second is Documentation, PST, PET, Medical etc..

Written Examination date: 24 march, 2013

Second phase date: 22 April, 2013
Last date of receipt application form is 28th February, 2013
Education qualifications: 10th plus two year ITI in Radio & TV or Electronics or 12th with physics, chemistry & mathematics.
Age limits: For SC/ST candidates 18 to 30 years and for OBC candidates 18 to 28 years as on 28th February, 2013.
Application fee: Application (Examination) fee for OBC candidates is Rs. 50/- Crossed Bank Draft/ Indian Postal in the favour of Inspector General/DIG/Comdt to whom theapplication is addressed payable at respective SBI/Post office.
How to apply: Candidates Need to download the application form and send to the given BSF centers given in the notification.
