Job Details: ESIC Gujarat Applications are invited for fill up the recruitment of meritorious sports person for 07 posts of Upper Division Clerk (UDC) & Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) in E.S.I Corporation, Gujarat Region. Eligible candidates apply through prescribed application format on or before 15-03-2013.

What is the Age limit required for the Eligible candidates?
The Candidate’s age should be between 18 years to 27 years for UDC post, between 18 years to 25 years for MTS post as on 15-03-2013. Age relaxation is applicable as per Govt rules.
What Educational Qualifications Required for the Eligible candidates?
The Candidates must possess Degree from a recognized university or equivalent and Working knowledge of Computer including use of office suites and databases for UDC post, Matriculation or equivalent for MTS post along with relevant sports qualification.
Payment Mode: Candidates need to pay the Fee of Rs.225/- for all categories of UDC post and Rs.125/- for all categories of MTS post in the form of Demand Draft in favour of “ESI Fund, Account No.1 ” drawn on any scheduled bank payable at Ahmedabad.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of speed trial and Interview.
Application Mode: Candidates can download the prescribed application form available with the notification and fill all the details in the application, attach photo, attest signature and send along with the attested copies of all relevant certificates with super scribed on the envelope “Application for Recruitment of meritorious Sports Person Under Sports Quota In ESIC, Gujarat Region-2013” should be submitted through Speed Post/Registered Post at Additional Commissioner & Regional Director, Regional Office, Employees’ State Insurance Corporation, Panchdeep Bhavan, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad – 380014 so as to reach on or before 15-03-2013.
