2.	Associate Professor	Ph.D. in relevant discipline with first class at the preceding degree.
3.	Assistant Professor	Ph.D. in relevant discipline with first class at the preceding degree.
4.	Assistant Professor (On Contract)	Ph.D. in relevant discipline with first class at the preceding degree.

Pay Scale:

1.	Professor	Min. Rs. Rs.48,000 in PB4:Rs.37400-  67000  + AGP Rs.10,500
2.	Associate Professor	Min. Rs. 42,800 in PB 4: Rs 37,400 – 67,000   + AGP Rs.9,500
3.	Assistant Professor	Min. Rs. 30,000 in PB 3: Rs 15,600 –  39,100  +   AGP Rs 8,000
4.	Assistant Professor (On Contract)	Min. Rs. 20,140 in PB 3: Rs 15,600 – 39,100   +  Rs.  6,000. After one year the AGP will be increased to Rs  7,000
