Role's and Responsibilities :
• Configuration of Customers equipment to connect to the Internet via modem/DSL Router (Dial up/DSL customers only).
• Configure software to connect to Internet application servers.
• Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in Customer computer systems. 

Job Description :
• 100% voice based technical process, which involves troubleshooting for broadband related connectivity issues dealing with modems and routers.
