CESS conducts a walk-in-interview for the selection of Research Associate for a Ministry of Earth Sciences (MoES) funded time bound project “Paleo fluids in the petroliferous basins of western offshore, India” implemented by CESS. Project aims at characterising fluid inclusions from the sedimentary strata and can be crucial in discovering the presence and migration of hydrocarbons in the respective basins. Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) is the collaborating partner in this Project. A Laser Raman Spectroscope will be commissioned for investigations in this study and selected staff will have a unique opportunity to study geo-materials using this system.

	Desirable	Expertise in Spectroscopy/optics is preferred.
	Remuneration	Rs.24,000/-pm + 20% HRA + Medical Allowance @ Rs.150/-pm
	Age limit	35 years as on 01.01.2013; relaxation upto 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates.
