Candidate should have knowledge on Windows/Linux OS and Networking
The candidate will be responsible for:-
* Troubleshooting and customer support during test runs, deployment and maintenance phases of cloud services.
* Develop a deep understanding of our cloud based solutions.
* Ability to perform presentations and product demonstrations at client premises.
* Work with vendor support teams to identify and resolve more complicated problems
* Assist Product Manager from a users point of view.
* Document required bug fixes, end-user feature improvements and operations feature improvements.
* Work with customer employees and consultants, including business managers, project managers, software engineers, security analysts, data center engineers, and customer NOC.
* You must be comfortable setting up new servers, optimizing existing servers and be able to perform server surveillance, monitoring and maintenance.
