1). Candidate should understand Operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP configuration options and troubleshooting.Browser Support – Internet Explorer.

2). Must be proficient in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up,Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN.

3). Candiate should have strong computer skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.Neutral accent and excellent customer service orientation.

4). Awareness of basic networking concepts and technologies.

5). User level familiarity with at least one e-mail client – Outlook, Notes etc..

Job Description:

1) Candidate has to provide Voice support to Internal End Users and External Commercial Account End Users across North America, EMEA & AP.

2) Candidates job will be to handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issues for end users. Remote infrastructure support delivery.

3) Perform problem cause analysis, resolve routine customer problem. Ability to Identify Oppurtunity & Implement Process Improvement.

4). Candidate should have technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination,creativity & analysis. Ability to meet a set of defined account agent productivity measurements.

5). Ability to identify basic hardware parts and aware of basic hardware concepts.

6). Skilled in commercially standard software applications and major desktop operating systems.

7). Questioning skills /probing skills, as relevant to the issue and level of the caller
