JRF and Project Assistants Level II

Qualification : M.Sc. in Chemistry (Polymer/ Organic/ Physical/ Inorganic/ Analytical/ Materials/ General)

General Conditions :

• Applications are invited from Indian Citizens, for the positions of 1 JRF (DST sponsored) and 2 Project Assistants Level II (CSIR sponsored) to work in different projects related to membranes for liquid and gas separations funded by DST and CSIR. The projects offer possibility of Ph.D. enrolls
• Total number of posts: 3
• DST sponsored Fellowship: NET qualified (CSIR-UGC JRF or equivalent) Rs. 16000/- p.m. + HRA; NET LS: Rs. 12000/- p.m. + HRA
• CSIR sponsored Fellowship : NET qualified (CSIR-UGC JRF or equivalent) Rs. 16000/- p.m. + HRA; NET LS/ GATE: Rs. 14000/- p.m.; M.Sc. with minimum 55% marks: Rs. 12000/- p.m.
• The maximum age limit is 28 years as on the interview date. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for applicants belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Physically handicapped categories and for woman applicants who are widowed, divorced or judicially separated from their husbands and are not remarried. The upper age limit is relaxable for 3 years for applicants belonging to OBC category.
