CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• The candidate should possess B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics/ Electrical Engineering from any recognized university.
• Should possess excellent communication skills.
• Should have 1-3 years experience in developing real-time embedded software
• Understanding of PCI/ cPCI or VME concepts.
• Should have experience in developing software using structured software design techniques and Good understanding of SDLC.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming language.
• Solid understanding and hands on experience of device driver development on one or more of the following operating systems: Linux, LynxOS, VxWorks & Windows.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The Engineer will work with the technology team on development of software for Embedded products like Single Board Computers, IO boards, RFM etc.
• Work on new and emerging embedded technologies, creating libraries and device drivers under Windows, Linux, VxWorks and LynxOS.
• Learn the details of operating systems required to create robust device drivers.
• Understand the hardware architecture and develop Board Support Package.
• Be involved in all phases of software development from requirements definition to production release.
• Carry out unit and integration tests to verify the functionality of software developed.
