1) Candidate having 0 – 6 months of experience in voice Customer service and technical troubleshooting Exceeding call quality and efficiency standards Adherence to Process, Policy & Procedures Meeting and exceeding    client SL

2) Candidate should be willing to work in night shifts 24/7 environment.

3) Should have excellent communication skills.

4) Candidate having knowledge in MS Office (Excel in particular will be an added advantage).
