OPSC Recruitment 2013 – Apply Online for Scientific Officers

Odisha Public Service Commission invites applications from SC & ST Category candidates for the recruitment of Scientific Officer posts. Eligible candidates can apply through online till 18-05-2013 by 11.59 PM and send hard copy of online application form on or before 27-05-2013 by 5.00 PM. Age Limit: Candidates’ age limit must be between 21 years and 32 years as on 01-01-2013. Relaxation is applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Master’s Degree from a recognized University in the subjects Zoology, Physics, and Chemistry with at least 60% of the aggregate marks in the final examination. Must have Odia pass certificate from the Board of Secondary Education.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Preliminary Written Test and Interview.

Application Fee: Candidates belonging to SC/ ST of Odisha only are exempted from the payment of the fee.

How to Apply: Interested candidates can apply online through the website ‘http://.opsconline.gov.in’ by filling all the required details and uploading scanned copy of recent passport size photograph, signature and Left Thumb Impression on or before 18-05-2013 by 11.59 PM. After submission of Online Application Form, candidates must retain an Unique Registration ID generated by the system for future use. They are required to take print out of Online Application Form along with all relevant documents and certificates etc, two recent passport size photographs by super scribing the post applied for on the envelope and send through registered post to the Special Secretary, Odisha Public Service Commission, 19, Dr. P.K. Parija Road, Cuttack-753001 on or before 27-05-2013 by 5.00 PM. Original Certificates must be produced at the time of Interview.

2. Click on appropriate advertisement link
3. Fill all the mandatory details and upload scanned copy of recent passport size photograph, signature, left thumb impression.
4. After submission of error free application, take print out of Challan form and deposit the application fee in any SBI branch.
5. Take print out of Online Application Form and send along with required documents to the above specified address.
