1) The Candidate Must Provide telephone support to assist customers and PTC field staff 

2) Expertise in Developing communication skills and a technical understanding in both Windows and UNIX Operating Systems.

3) Developing A variety of CAD and data management products, and internet technologies.

4) Research customer issues by working with multiple software packages as well as other PTC departments.

 Desired Candidate profile:-

- The Candidate Must be a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science or Equal.

- The Candidate must Have Good Communication Skills.

- He/She Must Have Knowledge in both Windows & Unix Operating system.

- The Knowledge in network security (firewalls, SSL, etc.) will be an Added advantage

- Those candidates with Java Knowledge are Preferable.
