Junior Research Fellow

Educational Qualification: Master degree in Physical Science / Chemical Science / Life Science / Biotechnology / Nanotechnology / Material Science or M.Tech. in related subjects with consistent good academic career from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA for general category and for SC/ST relaxation will be given as per Govt. of India rules. Those who are appearing for the final semester examination in April/May, 2013 of the above courses are also eligible to apply. However, they must submit the proof of successful completion of the qualifying degree with minimum requirement of percentage of marks on or before August 01, 2013.

Age: Candidate should not be more than 28 years of age on the date of interview. Upper age limit may be relaxed up to 5 years in the case of candidate belonging to SC/ST/OBC/Women/Physically Challenged/Experienced candidates.

Fellowship: Rs. 16,000/- (Rupees sixteen thousand) only + 10% HRA per month for the first two years (JRF) and Rs. 18,000/- (Rupees eighteen thousand) only + 10% HRA per month for the 3rd year (SRF) will be applicable to NET/GATE/BET/BINC qualified candidates.
