Job Description:

The job role of a candidate in TRX Technologies company is BPO Non-voice process.

1. Candidates must have maintain the customers at the back office.
2. Understand the contract information and load this information, rates, inventory, taxes, policies etc. accurately and in conformity with clients policies
3. For every contract loaded a quality check must be performed using clients quality checklist from time to time.
4. Willing to work in night shifts based on business needs.
5. CTC:1,20,000/- + Transport, Food, Medical Insurance, Night Shift Allowance.
6. Preferred Candidate should be fresher.
