1. Administrative Officer:

• Qualifications and other Conditions:
  a. Retired Class I Officer from the State Govt./Central Govt./PSU with minimum 15 years of Administrative experience in any department or in any organization, especially in the matters of public relations, liaisoning, establishment, finance and accounts, general office management. He should be energetic and possess fluency in English, Hindi, and Assamese.
  OR
  b. MBA (HR/ Personnel management) from recognized University on regular basis with minimum 5 years’ experience especially in the matters of public relations,
  liaisoning, establishment, finance and accounts, general office management. He should be energetic and possess fluency in English, Hindi, and Assamese.

• Desirable: Computer knowledge specially in MS office packages.
• Age Limit: (a) Not below 50 years and above 64 years for retired person. (b) Not below 30 years.
• Salary: Rs. 30,000/- p.m. (consolidated) In case of retired officers the salary will be fixed on the basis of last pay drawn minus pension received subject to a maximum of Rs.
• 30,000/- p.m.

2. Assistant Librarian (Equivalent to College Librarian):

• Qualifications and other Conditions:
  Master Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science or and equivalent professional degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale) and consistently good academic record with knowledge of computerisation of Library and KOHA library package.
• Desirable: Qualified in NET/SLET approved by UGC.
• Person with previous experience will be preferred.
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
• Salary: Rs. 30,000/- p.m. (consolidated)

3. Library Assistant:

• Qualifications and other Conditions:
• Minimum Graduate in any discipline with Bachelor Degree in Library Science with good academic records. Knowledge of computerisation of Library is essential. Preference will be given to candidate having Post Graduate degree with previous experience in this line of work.
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
• Salary: Rs. 15,000/- p.m. (consolidated)

4. Library Restorer:

• Qualifications and other Conditions:
• 10+2 with Diploma in Library Science or equivalent with computer knowledge. Candidate with work experience in this field will be preferred.
• Age Limit: Maximum 32 years.
• Salary: Rs. 10,800/- p.m. (consolidated)

5. Grade IV:

• Qualifications and other Conditions:
• Minimum HSLC passed with work experience in this field will be preferred.
• Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.
• Salary: Rs. 9,000/- p.m. (consolidated)

6. Driver cum Attendant:

• Qualifications and other Conditions:
• Minimum HSLC passed with valid, up-to-date Professional four wheeler driving license.
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
• Salary: 10,350/- p.m. (consolidated)

Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- (Five Hundred) for General and Rs. 250/- for  SC/ST/PWD for the posts of Sl. No.1 to 2, Rs. 300/- (Three Hundred) for General and Rs. 150/- for SC/ST/PWD for the posts of Sl. No. 3 to 4 and Rs. 200/- (Two Hundred) for General and Rs. 100/- for SC/ST for the posts of Sl.
