A. Teaching Posts:
1. Professor: 14 Posts
2. Associate Professor: 27 Posts
3. Assistant Professor: 23 Posts

B. Non Teaching Posts:
1. Controller of Examination: 01 Post
2. Librarian: 01 Post
3. Deputy Librarian: 01 Post
4. Peon/ Office Attendant: 04 Posts
5. Driver: 03 Posts

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess Masters Degree/ CA/ CWA/ Ph.D in relevant field with desired experience as per the post with NET/ SLET/SET and minimum score in API based PBAS. For post wise details refer to the notification for teaching posts. SSC for Peon post & SSC with driving license for Driver post, Masters Degree in relevant field as per the post for remaining posts.

Application Fee: General candidates need to pay Rs. 500/- and SC/ST/PWD candidates need to pay Rs. 125/- towards application fee in the form of Demand Draft s drawn in favour of the Central University of Himachal Pradesh payable at Dharamshala.

Selection Procedure: Selections will be made on basis of performance in written test/ presentation/ interview or a combination thereof.

How to apply :

The application duly filled in the prescribed form must reach in the office of the Registrar, Central University of Himachal Pradesh, Post Box No.21, Dharamshala, District Kangra – 176215, Himachal Pradesh on or before 31st May, 2013 by superscribing on Envelope ‘Application for the Post of…………………………………’. Applications received after this date shall not be considered. University will not be responsible for any postal delay.
