Qualifications & Experience :

Post No. 1. General Manager (BD)

Graduate in Engg or Technology and MBA with Marketing Management as elective with minimum 20 years post qualification experience in Business Development of an industry.

Job description:

• - Developing the marketing strategies of business organization.
• - Explore opportunities to boost export.
• - Expertise and exposure to market research, customer relationship management and interaction with customers for marketing.
• - The incumbent is responsible for exploring business opportunities and enlarge the company‘s market share in strategic and special alloys.
• - Liaise with customers and strengthen company’s brand image as dependable supplier and coordinate with internal suppliers to ensure adherence to delivery schedule.

Post No. 2. Sr. Manager (Materials)

• A. Qualification:
  Essential:
  Degree in Engg/Technology with minimum of 60% Marks and MBA with specialisation in Materials Management/ Production Management/ Operation Management/Supply Chain Management from a recognized institution/University or PG Diploma in Materials Mgmt.
  Preferable: Degree in Law
• B. Experience:
  Essential:
  - minimum of 10 years experience after Graduation of which;
  - minimum 4 years in Materials Management or Purchase; and
  - minimum 2 years in Material Management or Purchase after MBA/PG Diploma.
  Preferable: Experience in ERP System

Post No. 3. Dy. Manager / Asst. Manager (OL)

• A. Qualification:
  Essential:
  M.A in Hindi with 55% marks having Hindi/English as one of the subjects at Graduation level.
  Preferable: Knowledge of Telugu.
• B. Minimum Post Qualification Experience:
  6 years in case of Deputy Manager.
  4 years in case of Assistant Manager.

Post No. 4. Asst. Manager (Fire Services)

• A. Qualification
  60% marks in aggregate in BE/B.Tech (Fire & Safety) /Fire Fighting/Fire Technology; OR
  M.Tech (Industrial Safety) having Fire Engineering as one of the subjects
• B. Post Qualification Experience:
  For M.Tech. no experience required.
  Minimum 2 years in case of BE/B.Tech.
