SELECTION PROCEDURE

SR. NO	STAGE	ASSESSMENT TYPE
1	Phase-I	Written Examination (50 Marks) consisting of Objective Multiple Choice Questions. The Objective Tests with 1 hour duration will consists of 50 questions from comprising of the following categories: Test of General Awareness in Social/Development related areas Test of basics of Computers Test of Basic Mathematics & Reasoning Domain specific questions The candidates are required to qualify in the Objective Tests by securing passing marks for the paper. Individual section wise pass mark will not apply.
2	Phase-II	Group Discussion (25 marks) & Interview (25 marks). The aggregate marks of candidates qualifying in Objective Tests will be arranged in the order of merit. The number of candidates to be called for Group Discussion and Interview will be decided by MSRLM post review of written test results. The qualifying marks in Group Discussion & Interview will be as decided by MSRLM

The candidates will have to qualify both in Phase-I and Phase-II separately. The final merit list is arrived at after aggregating converted marks of Written Test and Group Discussion & Interview out of 100. The selection will be made from the top merit ranked candidates in each category.

Candidates applying for Cluster Coordinator position will also undergo a structured Village Immersion process. The number of days of Immersion will be decided by MSRLM and shared with candidates in due course.
