This appointment would be initially for one year with subsequent long term extensions depending upon the performance of the incumbent and the needs of the University. The University retains the discretion not to make any appointment to any vacancy or to make an appointment at a lower pay-scale / consolidated pay.

For the positions (1) to (4), preference would be given to the candidates having degrees from the reputed foreign universities and experience of teaching at National Law Universities / IIMs / IITs.
