It is proposed to fill up the following posts on Contractual basis on consolidated monthly salary for a period up to 31.03.2014.

Junior Project Fellow

1. No. of Post : Two
2. Qualification :
   1. Second class (with at least 55% marks) Master Degree in any Social Science Subject /Biology/ life Science /Humanities/Physical Education
   2. Knowledge of research methodology;
   3. Proficiency in working on Computer;
3. Age : Not more than 30 years (five year Relaxation for females and SC/ST Candidates)
4. Consolidated monthly Salary :
   1. Rs.16,000/-Net Qualified
   2. Rs. 14,000/-Non-net
5. Selection Procedure : Walk-in interview on 31.05.2013 at 2 PM, in Room No. 14, IIIrd Floor, Janaki Ammal Khand, DESS NCERT, Sri Aurobindo Marg, New Delhi-110016

Computer  Typists

1. No. of Post : Two
2. Qualification :
   1. 12th Pass under the 10+2 pattern or equivalent examination from a recognized Central/State Board/Institution
   2. Diploma in Computer Application.
   3. Proficiency in Computer Software, Development and Management of Database, Website Net working, MIS System,financial statement and Spread sheet in Excel etc.
3. Age : 18-27 years. Relaxation is permissible upto 5 year for SC/ST, 3 year for OBC, 10 years for Physically challenged persons and 3 year for Ex Serviceman.
4. Consolidated monthly Salary :
   1. Rs. 9594/-Graduates
   2. Rs. 8814/-10+2 (12thPass)
5. Selection Procedure :
   1. The typing test for computer typists of 5 minutes duration each (text and use of spread sheet in Excel) in English will be on 31.05.2003 at 11:00 AM.
   2. The interview for the selected candidates in typing test will be at 3 PM on 31.05.2013 in Room No. 14, IIIrd Floor, Janaki Ammal Khand, DESS, NCERT, Sri Aurobindo Marg, New Delhi-110016

The interested candidates who fulfill the required eligibility conditions may attend the test/interview on the date and time mentioned above along with their bio-data, original mark sheets/certificates/experience etc. Candidates attending test/interviews will not be paid any TA/DA by the NCERT. Those who have already worked in the council as JPF for two years need not apply.The person selected should be prepared to join immediately
