Walk in interview for filling up the following posts in the districts Ambala, Karnal and Panchkula of Haryana under Indira Bal Swasthya Yojna (IBSY) purely on contract basis and initially up to 31.03.2014 with details as mentioned below .Candidates will report at the respective District Civil surgeon’s office as per the dates mentioned below for the concerned posts at 10:00 am sharp

Ayurvedic/ Unani Medical Officer

• Honorarium :
  Up to Rs 20000/-Normal areas per month consolidated (male)
  Rs 22000/- Difficult areas per monthconsolidated (Female)
• Academic Qualifications and required experience :
  Educational Qualification for AMO : A degree in Ayurveda System of Medicines from any university/Institution recognized by the Government.Registered with Board of Ayurveda and Unani System of medicine in Haryana
  Educational Qualification for UMO : A degree in Unani/ Tibbia from any university/Institution recognized by the Government.
  Registered with Board of Ayurveda and Unani System of medicine in Haryana Computer proficiency with familiarity of Data management and commonly used packages like MS word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Age : Up to 40 years
• Knowledge of Hindi
• Post Qualification experience - Minimum 2 years of work experience
• Date of interview : 22/5/13

Pharmacist : 

• Honorarium : Up to Rs 11900/- per month consolidated
• Academic Qualifications and required experience :
  Educational Qualification Minimum Qualification is 12th, D Pharm., Pharmacist act 1948 notification from recognized institution by government. Valid Registration with the Pharmacy council of Haryana.
  Computer proficiency with familiarity of Data management and commonly used packages like MS word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Age: Up to 40 years
• Knowledge of Hindi Post Qualification experience – Minimum 2 years of work experience
• Date of interview : 23/5/13

ANM

• Honorarium : Up to Rs 10250/- per month consolidated
• ESSENTIAL
  Educational Qualification ANM/ Female Health worker course from recognized institution by Government
  Registered with Haryana Nurses Registration Council.
• DESIRABLE
  Age: Up to 40 years
  Post Qualification experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience.
  Computer proficiency with familiarity of Data management and commonly used packages like MS word, PowerPoint and Excel etc
• Date of interview : 24/5/13
