Qualification : The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from the recognized Institution with Degree/Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication from a recognized University, an must be able to speak ,read and write Odia have passed HSC or equivalent examination with Odia as medium of examination in non language subjects, or passed in Odia as language subject in the final examination of Class-VII or above, or passed a test in odia of Class-VII standard conducted by Board of Secondary Education , Odisha.

• Pay Scale : Rs 9300-34800/-
• No.of Post : 16

Application Fee : SEBC candidates , other than those who belong to PWD category, have to pay application fee of Rs.100 only through treasury challan under the head of account “0051-PSC-104-UPSC/SSC-examination fees 0047-fees collected for conducting examination-02041-examination fees, Selection Procedure : Written Examination /Viva Test.
