Applications are invited on the prescribed proforma available in office of the undersigned on payment of Rs.200/- in the shape of bank draft in favour of the Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana payable at Ludhiana on any working days along with attested copies of certificates for the post of Project Fellow @   Rs. 14000/- p.m. (fixed) for initial two years and    Rs. 16000/- p.m. (fixed) from third year provided in the scheme, “Microclimate & Disease Interaction under diff. water saving techniques in rice crop, UGC-10 (PC-7019)” for a period of six months or till the termination of the scheme whichever is earlier

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

1. B.Sc./B.Sc. (Agri.) with a minimum OGPA 2.00/4.00 basis or OCPA 5.00/10.00 basis or 50% marks.
2. M.Sc. in any discipline of Agriculture/M.Sc.Economics with a minimum OCPA 5.5/10.00 basis or 55% marks (50% marks in case os SC/ST/PH).  The age should be below 40 years at the time of appointment.

The last date for receipt of application in this office duly completed in all respects is 9.5.2013. Incomplete applications or unsupported by the documents will not be entertained. The candidates should appear for interview on 17.5.2013 at 11.30 AM in the office of undersigned in room No. 63-B in the College of Agriculture, PAU, Ludhiana.  No separate information for interview will be sent.  No TADA will be paid for attending the interview.

The amount of first full month fellowship payable to the Project Fellow will be kept as security with Director, School of Climate Change & Agril. Meteorology and it will be paid to him/her as and when he/she leaves the fellowship after giving the requisite one month’s notice or deposits the amount of one month’s fellowship.  The Project Fellow resigning the fellowship shall have to give one months’ or have to deposit one month salary in lieu of one month notice.  However, this will not hold good in respect of other assignments in the PAU.
