Job Synopsis:-

• The candidate should possess BE/B.Tech/M.Tech degree from any recognized university.
• Minimum 1 year related experience. 
• Must have good proficiency with computer software skills. 
• Should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creates process engineering and/or business flow assessments to ensure appropriate re-engineering/design of solutions.
• Assists in the development of service models and prototypes.
• Creates and implements customer feedback mechanisms, uses fundamental human factors engineering principles.
