A. Eligibility Conditions :

B. Emoluments and Other Benefits for the post of Specialistand Jr. Manager (Safety):
Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Company Accommodation, Medical for self and family, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Perquisites under cafeteria approach up to 44% of Basic Pay, (Non-practicing allowance of 25% of Basic Pay- for Specialists) as per rules of the company.
C. Period of Training for Paramedical Staff :
Minimum period of training is two (2) years which can be extended as per rules.

Selection Procedure:
For Specialists: Interviewand Medical Examination.
For Jr. Manager (Safety) & Paramedical Staff: Written Test, Interview and Medical Examination.
Note: The management however reserves the right not to hold written test in case sufficient eligible applications are not received for the posts advertised.
How to Apply:
1) This advertisement, Application format,Challan, Caste/Category Certificate(s) and Disability certificates are to be downloaded from the website: www.sail.co.in
2) Eligible and interested candidates fulfilling the above eligibility criteria should submit their duly filled in application inANNEXURE-I for the post ofSpecialists, inANNEXURE-II for the post of Jr. Manager (Safety) and inANNEXURE-III for the posts of Paramedical Staff.
The application should be filled in neatly either typed or hand written in BLOCK letters, affixing one recent colour passport size photograph with full signature on the photo and enclosing self-attested photocopies of the following documents:
- Certificates and mark sheets as proof of Age, Educational/Professional Qualification,
- Registration of Respective Council wherever applicable
- Experience Certificate(s) wherever applicable.
- Caste/ Category certificate in the prescribed format from the appropriate authority if applicable
- ISP’s copy of the Challan
- All photocopies of certificates, testimonials enclosed with the application need to be duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.
3) Incomplete application/ application without enclosures as at para 2 above/ applications received after last date / application submitted in a format other than the prescribed format / unsigned application / application without photograph / application without application fee / application not fulfilling the any eligibility criteria will be summarily rejected. No communication in this regard will be entertained from the applicant.
4) Envelope containing the application should be clearly be super-scribed ‘Application for the post of __________ _________in SAIL-ISP’ as the case may be on the top of the envelope.
