DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (PLANTATION)
Qualification : First Class full time 4 years B.Sc. (Agriculture / Forestry / Horticulture) (or) First Class full time M.Sc. (Botany)
Age : Minimum 46 years as on 01.05.2013
Experience : Minimum 24 years of post qualification experience as on 01.05.2013 in pulpwood plantations of which 10 years should have been in the plantation field in a reputed Pulp and Paper Mill or State Forest Corporation. Should have adequate experience in nursery operations especially on micro and macro propagation of pulpwood tree species. The incumbent shall be responsible for overall planning, co-ordination and establishment & management of pulpwood plantation, under Farm Forestry and Captive Plantation. Should have adequate knowledge and exposure on extension activities, precision silviculture techniques, pest & disease management and yield estimation in plantation.

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (MARKETING)
Qualification : First class full time Engineering Degree with First class Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management. (or) First class full time MBA. (or) Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce with PG Diploma in Marketing Management.
Age : Minimum 43 years as on 01.05.2013
Experience : Minimum 21 years of post qualification experience in marketing field, as on 01.05.2013 of which 8 years in reputed Paper Mills with a production capacity of 200-300
tpd. Should have been working in the cadre of Manager or equivalent position for a minimum period of 3 years.
