Sr. Technical Assistant, Word Processing Technologist

1. Sr. Technical Assistant: Five posts

1. Consolidated Salary: Rs. 27,397/- p.m.
2. Essential Qualification: M.Sc. (1st class) in Microbiology/ Biochemistry/
3. Biotechnology/ Life Sciences.
4. Desirable Qualification: MSCIT. Good knowledge of internet surfing, bibliography search, and database handling

2. Word Processing Technologist: One post

1. Consolidated Salary: Rs. 18,360/- per month
2. Qualification:
   Qualification in order of preference – BA (English) OR B.Com (Accounting/ Auditing) with at least 58% marks from a recognized university.
   1year work experience in handling office correspondence, banking work and/ or store purchase and account work.
   Good Knowledge of office automation is a necessity.
3. Work Profile: Effective communication skills, Data storage retrieval. Should effectively handle arrangements for meetings, conference calls and travel plans.
4. Age Limit: Below 28 years (relaxable for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per GOI rules)

The appointment will be purely on temporary basis up to 31st March 2014. However, the period of engagement is linked with results and performance evaluation. The appointee will not have any claim for a regular post in the Institute or in any Dept. of Govt. of India. Persons on regular time scale service in Govt. organization/institutions are not eligible. Qualified candidates willing to appear for the interview should register their names along with 5 copies of CV (one with Passport size photograph). Registration will close at 10:30am.
