Assistant Manager (Sales/Operations)

1. SBU/Function Tours & Travel
2. Level & Grade Assistant Manager; Junior Management; Executives’ Grade E1
3. Qualification The applicant must be Graduate/PG Diploma in Travel & Tourism (1 year). Candidates with MBA will be preferred.
4. Indicative Job Description The incumbent will be responsible for
   1. Monitoring travel operations, meeting sales targets
   2. Developing new customers.
   3. Ensuring customer delight & meeting their expectations & requirements
   4. General administration of travel branch The above list is only indicative and not exhaustive
5. Experience Profile Minimum 1 year of post qualification experience for professionally qualified and 6 years for graduates/diploma holders as on the date of notification
6. Maximum Age Maximum age as on the date of notification should be 35 years.

Assistant Manager (Sales)

• SBU/Function Tours & Travel
• Level & Grade Assistant Manager; Junior Management; Executives’ Grade E1
• Qualification The applicant must be a Graduate. MBA [Mktg]/PG Diploma in Tours & Travel will be preferred.
• Indicative Job Description The incumbent will be responsible for
  • Sales & marketing function of the branch
  • Achieve budgeted sales targets
  • Achieve collection targets
  • Proactively address customer issues and reduce complaints The above list is only indicative and not exhaustive
• Experience Profile Minimum 1 year of post qualification experience for professionally qualified and 6 years for graduates as on the date of notification
• Maximum Age Maximum age as on the date of notification should be 31 years for professionals and 36 years for graduates.

Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager (Industrial Marketing)

• SBU Greases & Lubricants
• Level & Grade Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager; Junior Management; Executives’ Grade E1/E2
• Qualification The applicant must be an Engineering Graduate / Post Graduate (Physics/Chemistry). Candidates with MBA/PGDM (Sales & Marketing) or Masters in Engineering will be preferred.
• Indicative Job Description The incumbent will be responsible for
  • 1. Ensuring that the respective industrial sales targets are achieved
  • 2. Increasing sales in the existing customer base
  • 3. Increasing sales by creating new customers [extensive travelling needed].
  • 4. Attending techno-commercial negotiations, timely order processing, co-ordinate for timely supplies.
  • 5. Promoting BALMEROL brand by participating in technical meets and industrial fairs.
  • 6. Controlling debtors in line with the credit policy of the organization.
  • 7. Interacting with technical service wing to extend customer support for ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • 8. Maintaining proper documentation and feedback received for all activities of Industrial marketing.
  • 9. Keeping information about market & competition
  • 10. Compliance of ISO 9000, ISO 14000, OHSAS and other statutory requirements relevant to the industrial marketing department The above is only indicative and not exhaustive
• Experience Profile Should have minimum post qualification experience of 1 year for E1 and 3 years for E2 as on the date of notification. Preference shall be given to candidates having at least 1 year post qualification marketing experience in Lubricants industry. Maximum Age Maximum age as on the date of notification should be 35 years.
