Qualifications

Director (Technical)

1. Engineering Graduate in Electrical/ Electronics & Communication from a recognized Institute/ University
2. Experience : Minimum 15 years, out of which should have served for 10 years in the Power Sector

Director (Operations)

1. Engineering Graduate in Electrical/ Electronics & Communication from a recognized Institute/ University
2. Experience : Minimum 15 years, out of which should have served for 10 years in the Power Sector IAS/ Central Services Group ‚A‛ (IRS/ ICES) Minimum 4 years

Director (Projects)

1. Engineering Graduate in Electrical/ Electronics & Communication from a recognized Institute/ University
2. Experience : Minimum 15 years in projects and technical side out of which at least 10 years should be in the Power Sector

Director (HR)

• MBA (HR) or Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations from a recognized Institute/University
• Experience : Minimum 15 years, out of which should have served for 10 years in the Power Sector IAS/ Central Services Group ‚A‛ Minimum 4 years

Director (Finance)

• CA/ ICWA/ MBA (Finance) from a recognized Institute/ University
• Experience : Minimum 15 years, out of which should have served for 10 years in the Power Sector IAS/ Central Services Group ‚A‛ (IAAS/ IRAS/ IDAS/ ITAS) Minimum 4 years

Pay Scale: Rs.37,400-67,000 with Grade Pay Rs.10,000/- with annual increment of 3%

Period of Appointment: The period of appointment will be initially for a period of 3 years and extendable up to 5 years

Age Limit: The maximum age limit on the closing date of receipt of application should not be more than 62 years
