Instructions for filling online Application Form for Teaching Positions 

1. Before filling up the Online Application Form, candidates are advised to carefully read the instructions.
2. Click on “Careers@AUD” link from university website www.aud.ac.in to visit the Online Job Portal www.jobportal.aud.ac.in .
3. Click on “Vacant Positions” link from the Online Job Portal.
4. Select the desired Job and Click “Apply Online” after reading the instructions and start filling the form.
5. Fields with red STAR (*) marks are mandatory and it is essential that they be filled in by the candidate. The Program automatically checks to make sure all the required information is provided. It will alert you if any required information is missing. You will not be able to submit your application until all the required information has been provided.
6. Keep a scanned copy of your photograph (dimensions: 200*150 pixels) and signature (dimensions: 200*120 pixels) ready for uploading at the time of filling up the form. Both files should be in JPG format with a size limit of 500KB.
7. After you hit the “Submit” button you can still check and make changes in your Application form, through, the preview function of your Application Form. Once you hit the “Continue” button in the Preview page of the Application form no more changes can be made. Please be sure to review your Application carefully before Submission.
8. There is an Auto-Save of Data feature in the Application form. If you close your Application form without submission, then you can continue to modify your form by logging in again.
9. Only applications received submitted online followed by a hardcopy thereof will be entertained.
10. In case of any technical problems, please send an email to careers@aud.ac.in with a copy to acadservices@aud.ac.in

How to apply : Candidate should take a printout of the application form and send it by post
along with the attested copies of all the relevant documents/ testimonials etc.
