General Manager (Law)
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION
Degree in Law (Professional) with minimum 50% marks. Candidates with L.L.M Degree will have an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR PSU/ GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES & MNC/PVT./ SOLICITOR FIRM
  • 1. For the post of GM (Law), minimum 15 years (as on 31.5.2013) of relevant post qualification experience is required in PSU / Govt. service / Autonomous body / MNCs or Private organization of repute/ Solicitor Firm.
  • 2. For PSU or Govt. candidates, at least two years of experience in the scale of Rs. 36,600-62,000 (I.D.A.) (or) Rs. 37400-67000 with grade pay of Rs. 8,700 (C.D.A.) (or) at least five years in the scale of Rs. 32,900-58,000 (I.D.A) (or) their equivalent scales as on 31.5.2013 (Relevant grade-equivalency documents must be enclosed).
  • 3. For candidates currently working in MNCs/ Private Organisation, they should have last one year experience i.e from 1.6.2012 to 31.5.2013, in a MNC/ Private Organisation having a turnover of Rs. 100 crore in the FY 2011-12.

General Manager (Finance)
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION
CA/ICWA or MBA, two years, FULL-TIME, with specialization in Finance, from a recognized Indian University/ Institute, with graduation. In case of Distance Education/ correspondence MBA (Finance), the duration must be of 3 years.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR PSU/ GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES & MNC/PVT.
  • 1. For the post of General Manager (Finance), minimum 15 years (as on 31.5.2013) of relevant post qualification experience is required in PSU / Govt. service / Autonomous body / MNCs or Private organization of repute.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR PSU/  GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES & MNC/PVT.
  • 1. For the post of DGM (Marketing), minimum 10 years (as on 31.5.2013) of relevant post qualification experience is required in PSU / Govt. service/ Autonomous body / MNCs or Private organization of repute.

  • 2. For PSU or Govt. candidates, at least two years of experience in the scale of Rs. 16,400-40,500 (I.D.A.) (or) Rs. 9,300-34,800 with grade pay of Rs. 4,600/4,800.D.A.) (or) their equivalent scales as on 31.5.2013 (Relevant grade-equivalency documents must be enclosed)
  • 3. For candidates currently working in MNCs/ Private Organization, they should have last one year experience i.e from 1.6.2012 to 31.5.2013, in a MNC/ Private Organisation having a turnover of Rs. 100 crore in the FY 2011-12
